Pay It Forward
Here is a unique way to pay it forward:
Paying it forward is an appreciation of someone’s kindness towards you by being kind to someone else. Other words that further describe paying it forward include: goodwill, caring, love, compassion, sharing, generosity, sacrifice, respect. It is also the opposite of entitlement.
It is not a new concept, but a resurrection from ancient times of good deeds. The growing popularity of paying it forward is another illustration of the global shift toward more heart-centered motives in our daily lives and business vs. ego driven and profit motives in decision making.
Paying it forward invokes the universal law of circulation which states what you receive from another, you will receive back from another source. It is also akin to concept of karma which means; what goes around, comes around. Kahlil Gibran expressed it still another way “All you have shall someday be given. Therefore give now, that the season of giving may be yours and not your inheritors‘.
